A Quick Herbicide Guide

  Use of herbicides is a chemical control method of controlling weeds on different crops and has its merits and demerits. Herbicides are  classified into two classes namely SELECTIVE HERBICIDES  These are herbicides when applied to the field they only affect the weeds even if when they are applied on both the crop and the weeds, the crop will not be harmed. NON SELECTIVE HERBICIDES These herbicides when applied to the field they affect both the weeds and the crops so caution and careful application should be observed. The farmer should apply the herbicide on the weeds only when using non-selective herbicides. If not applied properly the farmer will lose his or her crops, so extra care should be taken to avoid any damages on the crop.
